<Dev Update>

On August 26th, I was pushed out of where I lived. Driven from it due to unbearable living conditions. The place of residence was extremely uninhabitable.

I was living with a roommate who did not contribute anything to the place or me. I put in 120% of the work, bought the supplies for the place like hand-soap and toilet paper among other things. I did all the cleaning and was not appreciated for anything. I was taken advantage of treated like dirt. If I went out of my way to take me and my roommate out for a meal. I was told to "Shut the fuck up." Shortly afterwards because I would just hum a tune.

This person who would always stay in their room, decided to camp out in the living room. So that they could turn the heat up during the unbearable heatwave. Because of this, I would wake up in a pile of my own sweat. Because of this abuse. I called them out on it.

They told me to stop playing the victim. They ran away and closed the door after cursing at me at the top of their lungs, while I was cleaning. I gave up cleaning after that. Because they would just make the entire place super dirty and did not pick up after themselves. They also didn't deserve my respect.

We never talked again after that. But, I was still living there. So it was just this awkwardness of communication. There weren't any grocery stores in the town and since he started stealing my stuff that I left in the common areas. I didn't want to leave my room, for fear I would get locked out of the place or more of my stuff would get stolen.

So, here it is. I would use the bathroom (number 1) inside of cups in my room. Gross, I know. But, it was that desperate and terrible. This person had serious anger issues and I didn't know what they were truly capable of. They already removed me off of online services like Steam and other things. So, they basically said non verbally that the friendship was over.

Things only got worse after that last time we talked. So the moment leading up to me leaving on the 26th of August. He had shut off the internet for me, changed the WiFi and went on a power trip days before. I couldn't really deal with it anymore. So, I basically had to leave.

I didn't have anytime to really get my stuff. I didn't have anyone to go to or people who were able to help me. My family offered little assistance and I didn't have any friends in the area.

I went to try and check out a new place and then I got screwed over there too. I had to lose practically everything I owned and I became homeless. Taking what I could, traveling around with my heavy stuff. I lost practically all of my money as I had to stay in hotel after hotel. This was after the 26th of August. So of course I didn't have time to sit down and work on my games. I didn't really have that ability. I wanted to release certain things sooner, but it was out of my hands.

Because things were so bad, I even set up a fundraiser, but that didn't really help me all that much. The only person who could really help me, was a family member who was on vacation in another state.

Everyday I was on the move, I didn't get much sleep and on top of this, I still had to pay for Exiori and make other things. Exiori is at this point a passion project that I really enjoy and it's sad that it's so neglected. Not, just by me unintentionally, but by the community as well. It's not getting the attention it deserves like Euclyca did and that is very unfortunate. From the bottom of my heart, I am very sorry to those who have been waiting for Chapter 4 eagerly. I really hope to have it out eventually.

Due to the unfortunate events of last year. I have not been able to have a discord server as it is too high of a risk. Otherwise, people in that would have been more informed.

Lastly, I know it's not much, but here are some updates on what I was able work on before I became homeless.

Although it is not implemented into the game yet. All NSFW scenes have been completed. They will take time to be implemented. I may or may not put the artwork that is available in a DLC on Itch.io for those who just want the NSFW content without playing the game. Aside from that, everything up to Chapter 4's content is already paid for. Chapters 5-8 may need more things created for it which means it may need more funding. As Chapters 5-8 are still being planned, new unplanned things may or may not be added in as time passes.

On top of this, Estellium Legends II is on my platter and a distant future project that I was able to get somewhat started on before all of this.

Three out of five main characters for another rpg that will take place in the Euclyca universe, but will be cyberpunkish and futuristic.

This game will be called Elruna and it will happen way after Exiori if all goes accordingly. Elruna will most likely have a kickstarter in the future as it will be another big project.

As you can see, since I do everything alone with little to no support. I'm overwhelmed. So, those who are waiting patiently. I do appreciate that. I swear that I am not like Yandere-Dev. I don't make that much money to sit around and do nothing anyways.

I will not give up on Exiori. Please do not give up on me or any of my projects. Past, Present or in the Future.
